LOGO-Tools Warranty

  1. All tools distributed by LOGO-Tools are covered by a 12-month warranty (24 months for consumer sales).
  2. During the warranty period, LOGO-Tools will remove any faults resulting from the use of defective parts (manufacturing defects) free of charge, provided that the principles of correct operation have been observed in accordance with the operating instructions.
  3. The warranty does not cover accessories and consumables such as cutting wheels, cutting blades, etc.
  4. The purchaser loses warranty rights if the warranty seals or the serial number plate are broken or if the manufacturer's service department finds that unauthorized repairs or modifications have been made to the device.
  5. Only LOGO-Tools service is authorized to perform warranty repairs.

  1. Name and surname of the applicant/Company name
  2. Contact details (phone number, e-mail address)
  3. Name/Article number of the complained device
  4. Address to return after repair
  5. Date of purchase
  6. Fault description
  7. Photos of the device
